All members of the Northamptonshire Classical Guitar and Lute Society must:

1. Place the well being and safety of the members above all considerations, including developing performance.
2. Operate without discrimination on the grounds of age, gender, race, colour, language, religion or belief, political persuasion or other opinion, national or social origin or other characteristic.
3. Respect the basic human rights, personal dignity and worth of each individual.
4. Not encourage members, performers or officials to violate the rules of society.
5. Observe the authority and the decisions of its officials.
6. Not hold the society responsible for any injury, damage or loss to their person or property that has occurred during an event organized by the society.
